Psychotherapeutic Integration Work in Nature
My work combines systemic perspectives with body-oriented and trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR*-based methods.
I see psychological experience as something that takes place not only in the mind, but also in the body and in our relationships. Difficult experiences can show up in different ways — emotionally, physically, and in how we relate to others.
Work together, we follow your pace and focus on what feels save for you in each moment. Based on your request and your resources.
Over time, this creates space for new ways of experiencing yourself and responding to life.
The aim is not to fix you, but to help you reconnect with yourself—
to feel more grounded, more stable, and more at ease,
within a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship.
* EMDR is a psychotherapeutic method used in the treatment of e.g. psychological distress and trauma-related disorders.
Note: I am a licensed Alternative Practitioner in Psychotherapy (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie) under the German Healing Practitioners Act (Heilpraktikergesetz) and treat mental health conditions and disorders that qualify as illnesses.
Some inner processes require more space, time, and depth than a traditional therapy setting can offer.
Nature-based intensive psychotherapy provides exactly this kind of extended framework.
Within a clearly structured and professionally guided setting, we work together in focused, intensive sessions. These may take place over two to four hours e.g. in the therapy room, or extend into a one or multi-day processes in and with nature—depending on your needs and the focus of our work.
I combine body-oriented psychotherapy, EMDR, and systemic perspectives with dedicated phases of self-exploration, outside the demands of everyday life.
Nature offers a space that supports regulation, orientation, and inner resonance.
Many people find it easier here to access their emotions, bodily sensations, and inner imagery—and to develop a deeper awareness of themselves.
This work can be helpful, for example, when you are experiencing:
- a sense of inner or physical blockage
- ongoing stress or burnout
- anxiety, separation, or loss
- the impact of accidents, assault, or boundary violations
- experiences of shame or exposure
- unresolved life or relationship issues
- periods of transition, crisis, or reorientation
The intensive process may include:
- individual therapeutic support
- body- and awareness-based exercises
- focused EMDR interventions
- systemic exploration and elements of constellation work
- structured time for retreat and reflection in nature
Each process is carefully prepared and thoughtfully integrated afterwards, and is tailored to your individual stability, resources, and intentions.
It is grounded in experiential psychotherapeutic approaches and held within a framework of preparation, guidance, and integration.

In such situations, I will support you in finding appropriate forms of care.
