Formats of the Intensive Processes
How we work within the intensive process is always tailored to the individual. The following formats offer a general orientation:
Compact Intensive (1 day)
This format may be suitable if:
- a clearly defined issue is present
- an important decision is pending
- orientation or clarification is sought
The day is structured, calm, and focused. It can stand on its own or form part of a broader process.
In-Depth Intensive (2–3 days)
This format is particularly suited to:
- more complex inner dynamics
- recurring patterns
- prolonged states of inner exhaustion
It allows for deeper immersion, with space for integration already woven into the process.
Stage Intensive
This format consists of several shorter intensive phases distributed over a longer period. Depending on individual needs, it may involve one or two extended sessions per day.
It is especially suited for people carrying significant responsibility who seek to integrate change sustainably into their everyday lives.
Important
The choice of format is never predetermined. It emerges from the initial consultation and our ongoing work together.
Depth is not created by duration, but by the right fit.
