The course of an intensive process
1. Preliminary Clarification
Before any participation, we begin with a thorough consultation. In this conversation, we will explore, among other things:
- your concerns
- your current life situation
- your level of stress
- which format may be most appropriate for you
Not every inquiry leads to a collaboration or an intensive process. Honoring this clarity is part of our shared responsibility.
2. Preparation
During the preparation phase, we gently refine the focus of the work.
Together, we:
- narrow down the relevant topics
- clarify emerging inner questions
- bring expectations into alignment
This phase is essential for creating a process that is both sustainable and held in a sense of safety.
3. Intensive Phase
The intensive phase takes place over a clearly defined period of time, either entirely or partly within a natural setting.
Our work may include:
- dialogue
- attentive awareness
- body-oriented approaches
- systemic perspectives
- structured periods of retreat and reflection in nature
There is no rigid schedule. The process unfolds in response to what emerges — held within a safe and professional framework.
4. Integration
The intensive phase is followed by a period of integration.
This stage allows space to:
- process and make sense of the experiences
- stabilize emerging emotional processes
- anchor new inner connections in everyday life
Integration is not an optional add-on, but a central and essential part of the work.
